 Seven subsidized apartments for elderly and disabled tenants. These one bedroom apartments are part of the USDA rural development low income housing program. Applicants must meet age, income, or handicapped guidelines verified by third party signatures.

Utilities are paid for (electric heat, electric hot water, and basic electric service). Off street parking, trash collection, and snow plowing are provided. Each apartment has a washer and dryer hook-up. Pets are allowed with some restrictions. All Foothills apartments are non-smoking.
