Foothills Storage
Located on Route 27 approximately 3 miles from Farmington (367 New Vineyard Road), we offer fifty two storage units in four sizes at the following monthly rates:
5 X 10 $35 per month
10 X 10 $60 per month
10 X 15 $75 per month
10 x 20 $95 per month
There is a $25 refundable deposit due on lease signing. Renters provide their own locks. When Foothills is notified that the storage unit is being vacated, we check to make sure it is in clean and rentable condition before returning the security deposit.
We offer a 10% discount for long term rentals paid 6 months or longer in advance.
