Foothills Management is a dynamic, professional property management company in Farmington, Maine, a thriving community in the foothills of the Western Mountains of Maine, home to the University of Maine at Farmington. We have been in the apartment rental business for 25 years offering over 150 apartments in 14 buildings, 52 rental storage units, and commercial and professional spaces.

The property manager is bonded to ensure that our clients' financial interests are in competent and safe hands. As the largest rental agency in the area, we offer quality Farmington rentals and excellent service to our tenants.

Our Farmington apartment rentals include heat, hot water, off street parking, laundry facilities in most buildings, trash removal, and snow removal. Pets are allowed with some restrictions. Most buildings are in downtown Farmington, within one to three blocks of the University.
