Foothills Management has 14 apartment buildings; 13 in the downtown area and 1 approximately 1 mile north of Farmington on Route 4. Our rents include heat and hot water, wireless internet service, off-street parking, coin-operated laundry in most buildings, trash collection and snow removal. Pets are allowed with some restrictions. All Foothills apartments are non-smoking. We require a rental application (available on this website) with references, and one month's rent at lease signing as a security deposit.
