Property and Maintenance Manager/Partner. Rentals, maintenance, repairs, construction, and legal issues.

  

Lauren St.Germain Kidd

Office Manager

Daily office activities and market rents.

Blair Marr

Bookkeeper for Foothills Management and subsidized housing buildings.

 

                 

 

Subsidized Housing Specialist for Brookside Village (Farmington),  Village Squire (Wilton),  Seabreeze (Searsport), and Goose River (Belfast). Residential Property manager. 

                   

Randy and Colin

Daily maintenance and snow removal.  Randy has 28 years maintenance experience with all Foothills buildings.

         

Walter

Superb grounds and building care for Foothills Heights and Brookside Village, and an expert in auto detailing.
